Commercial kitchens include commercial ovens, ranges, grills, refrigerators, freezers, prep tables, three-compartment sinks, handwashing stations, and basic cookware. Do I need to bring my own supplies, or are those included?
Equipment is included; consumable supplies are your responsibility. For nursing labs, you provide your own medications, dressings, gloves, teaching materials, etc. For kitchens, you bring ingredients, packaging, and specialty tools.
